SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Delivery time
Standard delivery to the United States takes an estimated 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.

Shipping cost
Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us at contact@casiongroup.com and we will resend your order or issue a full refund.
